SEAFAIR

Membership in EMG-WA is an excellent way to connect with the Seafair Emergency Management Group which provides volunteer emergency management support to Seafair’s signature events each year.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS OF WASHINGTON 

EMG-WA provides Risk Management, Consequence Response, Communications, and Operations Center support to Special Olympics of Washington State Games throughout the state of Washington. 

2024 Special Olympics Event Schedule

  • Spring Regional Competitions: April 20 to May 25, 2024 – Various Locations
  • Spring State Games: June 7-9, 2024 – Parkland & Federal Way, WA
  • Invitational Bike Race: July 27-28, 2024 – Shelton, WA Canceled 
  • Fall State Games: November 1-3, 2024 – Tri-Cities, WA

WASHINGTON BREWERS FESTIVAL

EMG-WA provides first aid and medical support for the Washington Brewers Festival at Seattle Center, Seattle Washington, on June 22 and June 23, 2024. Volunteers are needed to staff medical stations and other activities at this event.
